ORDINANCE NO. 8589
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTI'\TG THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE THREE (3) THREE -VITAY
RADIOS AND THREE (3) HEAVY ALTERNATORS FOR
USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, VD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase three (3) three -way radios and three (3) heavy
alternators for use by the Fire Department of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of the three (3) three -way
radios shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Twd E- ah3red
and Fifty Dollars ($1250.00). The cost of the three (3)
heavy alternators shall not exceed the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
