AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET THE CONTRACT
FOR RE- ROOFING OF NO. 5 FIRE STATION LOCATED AT 14th AND PULASKI
STREETS AND FOR THE WATERPROOFING AND POINTING UP OF THE UPPER
WALLS OF SAID STATION FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and let a
contract to re -roof No. 5 Fire Station located at Fourteenth and
Pulaski Streets, and to waterproof and point up the upper walls
of said building for use by the Fire Department of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
