AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND HAVE REPAIRED ONE ASPHALT PLANT
BOILER OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR USE OF
THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and
have repaired one asphalt plant boiler belonging to the
City of Little Rock for use by the Street Department of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such repair work shall
not exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars)(w1,000.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
