AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF CLERK —
STENOGRAPHER IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIVIL SERVICE
COMISSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the position of Clerk—
Stenographer within the office of the Civil Service Commission of
the City of Little Rock. The salary for the person selected to
fill this position shall be $161.26 per month.
SECTION 2. The person selected to fill this position shall
be selected by the Civil Service Commission as is now provided by
law, and shall perform such duties and functions as the Civil
Service Commission may direct.
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
