AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC.AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE THREE (3) THREE -WAY
RADIOS FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for, and purchase three (3) three -way radios for use
by the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of the three (3) three-
way radios shall not exceed the sun of One Thousand
Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1250.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
