AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE
PAYMENT OF FIRE TRUCKS, THE USE TAX THERE-
ON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IT ORDAIMW BY THE: CITE 00 ' OF THE CITY OF
LiTTLLr Rf M. AMUNSAS
SECTION 1. That the sum of Forty -Nine
Thousand, Four Hundred and Seventy Dollars ($.9,470.00)
is hereby appropriated from the general fund to pay
the American- LaFrance Foamite Corporation for one (1)
aerial truck and one (1) pumper, and an additional sum
of Nine Hundred and Eighty -tine Dollars and Forty
Cents ($989.x.0) is hereby appropriated to pay the Two
Percent (2100) State use tax thereon.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants
payable to the proper payees therefor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
