AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT; FOUR (4) AND SOUTH ONE -HALF OF FIVE (5),
BLOCK TWO (2), SUNSET ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot;: Four (4) and South One -Half of Five (5),
Block Two (2), Sunset Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
2920 Battery Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5/,.20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Four (4) and South One -Half
of Five (5), Block Two (2), Sunset Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
