ORDINANCE NO. 8620
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH TWELVE (12), BLOCK 014E
NINETY -SEVEN (197), ORIGINAL CITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1) Through Twelve (12), Block One
Ninety -Seven (197), Original City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 11th and Broadway Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "D"
Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1) Through Twelve (12),
Block One Ninety -Seven (197), Original City of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
