AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), AND FOUR (4),
BLOCK SEVEN (7), A. E. CALLOWAY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4),
Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3),
and Four (4), Block Seven (7), A. E. Calloway Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the OKI' Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
