AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING SOUTH HALF OF BLOCKS 248 and 264 AND THE
NORTH HALF OF BLOCKS 247 and 265, ORIGINAL CITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7),
Eight (8), and Nine (9), Block 248; Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6),
Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine (9), Block 264; Lots One (1), Two (2),
Three (3), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block 247; Lots One
(1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block
265, Original City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 900 and
1000 Blocks of West 9th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two- Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be

in "G" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto

attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the above said lots and blocks, Original
City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in

j the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
