AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE A SEASON'S SUPPLY, CONSISTING OF FIVE
HUNDRED (500) BOTTLES OF 50cc RABIES VACCINE SERUM
FOR THE USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK DOG POUND, AT A
COST OF APPROXIMATELY FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1500.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and,
purchase a season's supply, consisting of five hundred
(500) bottles of 50cc Rabies Vaccine Serum for use by the
Little Rock Dog Pound, at a cost of approximately Fifteen
Hundred Dollars (1500.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and a pproval.
