BE USED BY THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPART -
TMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. OF LITTLE ROCK =,
ARKANSAS: ,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase as provided by law one Cash Register and Accounting
Machine for use in the Garbage and ..Sanitation Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTIOP; 2. The purchase rprice for t.ais equipment
shall not exceed the sum of $2,500.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
