AN ORDI TANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR, AND TO PURCHASE CURTAIN IM14S FR014 THE
GIT -1&1 PARK CONS^1RUCTION FUND, FOR GILLAM PARK,
TO LET A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE WALKWAYS TO THE
POOL AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAI14ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following items for use
at Gilaia Park:
525 feet of 2 inch pipe not to exceed X200.00
,0 Electrical supplies for floodlighting not to exceed :150.00
SECTION 2. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby

to advertise, take bids for, saki let a contract to construct certain
walkways and a concrete drain around the Gillam Park Swimming Pool not
to exceed =;'400.00.
SECTION 3. The money for these items and this worn sha11 be
taken from the Gillam Park Construction Fund.

herewwith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
