AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE RMffING OF PARKING SPACE ON CERTAIN
CITY PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE RENT, FIXING
THE AMOUNT THEREOF; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7437, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BY THE CITY COMM OP THE CITY OF LITTLE , RPGg�
QN 1. That the City Collector is authorized and
directed to rent parking space to motorists on City -owned property
described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 100, and part of Block 186 of the
Original City of Little Rock, during the hours of 6:00 A.M. to
6:00 P.M., said property being located directly North of the Glover
Building.
SECTION 2. That the rate to be charged for the rental of
the right to park on Lots 1 and 2. Block 100, of the Original City
of Little Rock shall be Five Dollars 05.00) per month per car.

Original City of Little Rock shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) per car
per month. That said rental shall be paid to the City Collector's
office on the first of each month in advance.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 7437 and all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
