AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 8316, ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF ASPHALT
FOREMAN FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK AT THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED AND
SIXTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($265.00)-PER MONTH, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES*_
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKIN SAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.
8316 is hereby amended by striking out the figures 11$230.00"
opposite the word "Asphalt foreman" and under the word "Month",
and substituting therefor the figures of "265.00" opposite
the word "Asihalt foreman" and under the word "Month«,
SECTION 2. That" such part of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 8316 and all ordinances . or parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
