AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 7418 ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM FINE FOR
OVER- PARKING AT TWO DOLLARS ($2.00), AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No.
7418 be amended by striking out the words, "Any person
found guilty of a misdemeanor under the terms of this
ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Little Rock
Municipal Court, be fined in any amount not less than One
Dollar ($1.00) or more than Five Dollars ($5.00)," and
substituting therefor the words, "Any person found guilty
of a misdemeanor under the terms of this ordinance shall,
upon conviction in the Little Rock Municipal Court, be
fined in any amount not less thOn Two Dollars ($2.00) nor
more than Five j)ollars 05.00.7
SECTION 2. That such part of Section 3 o:F
Ordinance No. 7418 and all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance shall be
repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
