ORDINANCE NO. 8641
AN ORDINANCE APPROPaIATI NG THE SU14 OF NINE HU10HED DOLLARS
($900.00) TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE FEES FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE RUCK TO THE PULASKI COUNTY MASS CHEST X -RAY SURVEY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT O.-tDAINED BY THEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSLS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars
($900.00) for the payment of service fees of the City of Little Rock to
the Pulaski County Mass Chest X -ray Survey.
SECTION 2. The proper City officials are hereby directed to
take the necessary steps and execute such instruments as may be neces-
sary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby rpp6aled, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
