AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,197.79 FROM THE
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated
$1,197.79 from the Park Construction Fund, for
the following bills:

the payment of
Arkansas Foundry Company 283.66
Artie Gregory 768.80
Shearman Concrete Pipe Company 59,40
Westinghouse Electric Supply Company 85.93
$1,197.79
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityts warrants to the parties named,
in the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
