AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PM CHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT CPDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and requested
to advertise, take bids fbr, and purchase the following items for use of the various
departments for a period of three months beginning April 19, 1951:
