AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7) AND WEST FORTY -FIVE (45) FEET OF
LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK TWO HUNDRED FIFTY -FOUR (254), ORIGINAL CITY, LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Seven (7) and West Forty Five (45) Feet of
Lot Eight (8), Block Two Hundred Fifty -Four (254), Original City, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 924 West 3rd Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as I'D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
"F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Seven (7) and West Forty -Five
(45) Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Two Hundred Fifty -Four (254), Original
City, Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
