AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST ONE — FOURTH (j)
OF SECTION EIGHTEEN (18), TOWNSHIP ONE (1) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all that part of the NE4 of Section 18, Township
1 North, Range 12 West as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line
of the East I of the N341 of said Section 18, on the North R/W of 19th
Street Pike or Asher Avenue, then Easterly along the North R/W of Asher
Avenue 117.7 feet thence North two degrees West, approximately 327 feet
to the South line of the R/W of the Little Rock Maumelle & WestemRailway,
thence Westerly along said R/W line approximately 90 feet to a point on
the West line of the East - of the 1* of Section 18, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, thence South along said West line of the East - of the
NF4 approximately 385.5 feet to the point of beginning of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4910 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified
k and zoned as "B" Residence District and "F" Commercial District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said property as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
froo and

its
passage.
