AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING EAST ONE -HALF (2) OF LOTS FOUR
(4), FIVE (5), AND SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -FOUR (134),
ORIGINAL CITY, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 20
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East One -Half (2) of Lots Four (4),
Five (5), and six (6), Block One Hundred Thirty -Four (134), Original
City, Little Rock, Arkansas, being 714 West 3rd Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5k20 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and resoning of the East One -Half (2)
of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), Block One Hundred Thirty-
Four (134), Original City, Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "Flt Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
