WHEREAS, by order of the Pulaski County Court dated April 259

Arkansas, were annexed to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, said order has been filed in thi .'Office of the
Pulaski County Clerk for more than the thirty (30) days required

by law without objection thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
finds that said annexation hasbeen in all manners and respects
proper and according to law and that it would be to the best
interests of said City to
