AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND,
SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY -FIVE DOLLARS (2,725.00)
FOR PAYMENT OF AUDITING SERVICES RENDERED TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1950, AUTHORIZING
THE PAYMENT THEREOF TO RUSSELL BROWN AND COMPANY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Thousand, Seven
Hundred and Twenty -Five Dollars (2,725.00) is hereby
appropriated for the payment of auditing services for the
City of Little Rock covering the year 1950 by Russell Brown
and Company.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk a re
hereby directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of
Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Twenty -Five Dollars (2,725.00)
to Russell Brown and Company for payment of the auditing
services rendered by said company to the City of Little Rock
for the year` 1950.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full .force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
