BE IT ORDAINED BY TH, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARYtiANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Fourteen (14),
Garland Addition to the City of Little Rock, .Arkansas, being 1700 and 1704
East 5th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and

reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "H" Business District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Tap thereto
attached and ;,lade a part V.ereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Eleven (11), and Twelve (12),
Block Fourteen (14), Garland addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter 'mown and
classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
