AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), W. H. McGLAUFLIN'S
SUBDIVISION OF NORTH j OF LOT FOUR (4), AND THE NORTH j LOT FIVE (5),
BLOCK THREE (3), HYDE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNTCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, JKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot seven (7), Block one (1), W. H. McGlauflin's
Subdivision of North � of Lot four (4), and the North j Lot five(5),
Block three (3), Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1}824 West 25th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in NO" Tvo Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot seven (7). Block one (1),
W. H. McGlauflin's Subdivision of North of Lot Four (4), and the North
Lot five (5), Block three (3), Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified assbeing in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passa� -e.
