ORDINANCE NO. 8757
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ONE (1) ACRE IN THE NORTH WEST J, NORTH EAST J,
SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), T -1 -N, R -12 -W, PULASKI COUNTY ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That one (1) acre in the North West 1, North East,
section (17), T -1 -N, R-12-W. Pulaski County Arkansas described as follows;
From the point of intersection of the South line of Roosevelt Road and
the West line of Brown Street run thence West along the South line of
Roosevelt Road a distance of one hundred thirty four feet to the point
of beginning; thence run South 5 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of
226.8 feet to a point; thence West and parallel to the South line of
Roosevelt Road a distance of 192.0 feet to a point; thence North 5 degrees
45 minutes West a distance of 226.8 feet to a point on the South line
of Roosevelt Road; thence run East along South line of Roosevelt Road
a distance of 192.0 feet to the point of beginning, being 3323 Roosevelt
Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No.5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property described in Section 1,
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
