ADDITION TO TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. A20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
ARKANSAS:

to the City of Little

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
Lot ten (10), B o"6k sixteen (16), Sunset-'Addition
Rock, Arkansas, being 3201 Battery Street, hereto -
oned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Nap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot ten (10), Block Sixteen
(16), Sunset Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
