AN ORDINANCE RECI:ASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED
AND THREE (403), COMPTONS SUB. ADDITION AND FRACTIONAL PART NORTH WEST
BLOCK THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY SEVEN (347), ORIGINAL CITY ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, IMANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots one (1) and two (2). Block four hundred and
three (403), Compton Sub. Additi" and Fractional Part North West Block
three hundred and forty seven (347), Original City Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1413 West 8th Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot one (1) and two (2), Block
four hundred and three (403), Comptons Sub. Addition and Fractional Part
North West Block three hundred and forty seven (347), Original City
Addition to the City of Little`Rack, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordiaanee shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
