ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Capitol View Addition

classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Six (6), Block Two (2),
Capitol View Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C"Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
