AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOS SEVENTEEN (17) AND EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK
FIVE (5), MIDLAND HILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LIT 'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots seventeen (17) and eighteen (18), Block five
__S5.i,_ Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
1020 Kavanaugh Blvd., heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance lvo. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot seventeen (17) and eighteen
(18), Block five (5), Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
