AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF A MONTHLY SALARY TO THE
'MEMBERS OF THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE, EXCEPT
THE ALDERMAN THEREON, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ACT NO..
132 OF THE ACTS OF ARKANSAS FOR 1933, REPEALING ALL CONFLICT-
ING ORDINANCES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
CBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, - ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority conferred by
Act No. 132 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of
Arkansas for the year 1933,the members of the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee, except that member who is also a member of the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, are hereby authorized to
receive, and the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer District is directed
to pay, a monthly salary not to exceed the sum of Twenty -five
Dollars ($25.00), which said salary shall be appropriated and
paid from the Sanitary Sewer Fund.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
'lice herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
