ORDINANCE N0. 8770
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE THOUSAND POUNDS OF . BARE COPPER WIRE, AND
TWENTY -FIVE STREET LIGHT FIXTURES FOR USE BY THE
ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BEEyIT�ORDAINED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one thousand
(1,000) pounds of bare copper wire, and twenty-five (25) street
light fixtures., for use by the Electric Department of the City of
Little Rock*
SECTION 2. The cost of such wire and street light fixtures
shall not exceed the sum of $750.00.
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
