AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 8656, CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE
CLASSIFICATION SANITARY ENGINEER THEREFROM TO
THAT OF CHIEF SANITARIAN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Range 43 of Section 11 of
Ordinance No. 8656 be and it is hereby amended by striking
out the words "Sanitary Engineer" and changing said title
to that of "Chief Sanitarian".
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall .be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
