AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE 'QUIREMENTS ON LOTS
THIRTENN (13), and FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK SEVEN (7), HARRINGTON'S INDUSTRIAL
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots thi -teed (13) and fo" een (14)', Block'seven
(7), Harrington's Industrial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 921 Townsend Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared tots in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots thirteen (13) and fourteen (14),
Block seven (7), Harrington's Industrial Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in "C" Two - Family District and
with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
