AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOkMD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR REPAIR OF ONE HD -10 ALLIS- CHALIMERS TRACTOR
AND ONE K -12 INSLEY DRAGLINE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKABBAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for the repair
of one HD -10 Allis- Chalmers Tractor and one K -12 Insley Drag -
line for the Sanitation Department. The price for the repair
of the two pieces of equipment shall not exceed $10200.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
