ESTABLISHING SAME AS CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR ZONING REGULATIONS AND RFSTRIC 1012
WITHIN THE ZONING JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO PROVIDE FOR THE AU-f[IVISTRATICN OF
SAME AND TO, PRESCRIBE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF
THE PROVISIONS ?HEREOF; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ENFORT
HEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that certain Code known as Zoning Rules
and Regulations prepared by the Office of Comprehensive Planning, City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the same is hereby established as Chapter
43 of the Code of Ordinances establishing zoning regulations and
restrictions within the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to provide for the administration of sane and to prescribe
penalties for the violation of the provisions thereof, and to provide
for the enforcement thereof.
SECTION 2. Three (3) copies of such Zoning Ordinance shall be kept
on file in the Office of the City Clerk pursuant to the provisions
prescribed by Act 36, Acts of Arkansas, 1949, for public inspection and
shall so remain on-file at all times hereafter.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be repealed as
of the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full_ force and effect frcxn
and after midnight on December 31, 1979.
