AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH THIRTY TWO (32) FEET OF LOT NINE
(9) AND THE NORTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED
TEN (410), DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AATIFNDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
..That -the south thirty (32), foot of Lot nine j9:)
the north twenty (20) feet of Lot ten (10), Block four hundred ten (410),
Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2218 Rock
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said south thirty two (32) feet of
Lot nine (9) and the north twenty (20) feet of Lot ten (10), Block four
hundred ten (410), Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
