AMENDEDI AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE'S

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, IMANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot five (5), Block one (1) , Twen Cen Addition to
,tho. City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3316 Spring Street, hereto% ore

classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5/.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space and lot area and two build-
ings on one lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to Hermit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot five (5), Block one (1), Twen Cen
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two - Family District and with yard space and lot area and two buildings
on one lot waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
