AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TARE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE FOR USE BY
THE STREET CLEANING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TWO THOUSAND (2,000) POUNDS OF BROOM WIRE AND TWO THOUSAND
(2,000) POUNDS OF AFRICAN BASS FIBRE AT A TOTAL SUM NOT TO
EXCEED NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($900.001 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BB IT:ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase two thousand
(2,000) pounds of broom wire and two thousand (2,000) pounds of
African bass fibre at a total cost not to exceed the sum of Nine
Hundred Dollars ($900.00), for use by the Street Cleaning Department
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect after its passage and approval.
