AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO THE RESPECTIVE ATTORNEYS ACTING IN JUDGE
HARBIS ABSENCE, AS FOLLOWS: QUINN GLOVER, SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY
DOLLARS (630.00); GRIFFIN SMITH, Jr., NINETY DOLLARS (90.00);
MAX HOWELL, FIFTEEN DOLLARS (15.00); PAUL BARNARD, FIFTEEN
DOLLARS 015.00), TOTALING SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00),
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to make payments to the respective attorneys acting in
Judge Harb's absence, as follows: Quinn Glover, Sig Hundred and
Thirty Dollars 0630.00); Griffin Smith, Jr., Ninety Dollars ($90.00);
Max Howell, Fifteen Dollars 015.00); and Paul Barnard, Fifteen
Dollars ($15.00), totaling Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars 0750.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after . it.s passage and approval.
