AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF SOUTH WEST 4, NORTH WEST I.. SECTION 9,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W, OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTI4-1, That part of S.W. -j of N.W. -•, Section 9, Township 1
N, Range 12 W., At the S.W. corner of the N.W. j-, Section 9, Township
1 N, Range 12 W run thence East 150 feet to point of beginning, thence
North parallel to Woodrow Street 300 feet, thence East Approximately
500 feet to MoPac. Right of way, thence South parallel to MoPac. Right
of way approximately 300 feet, thence West 506.04 feet to point of begin-
ning, of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1821 Woodrow Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "J" Light Industrial District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property described in Section 1,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "K"
Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
