AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING TWO BUILDINGS ON LOT SEVEN (7)
AND THE SOUTH TWENTY SIX FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18),
BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot seven (7), and,the south twenty six feet of
Lot eight (8), Block eighteen (18), Braddock's Boulevard Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2722 High Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5/x.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of two buildings on one and one half lots
is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot seven (7) and the south twenty six
feet of Lot eight (8). Block eighteen (18), Braddock's Boulevard Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two - Family District and with two buildings on one and one half lots
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall t ake effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
