AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED TWENTY
OIL (321), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5/}20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot twelve (12). Block three hundred twenty one
(321), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas# being 1500 Pulaski Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached made a part thereof, are hereby amended to-permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot twelve (12), Block throe
hundred twenty one (321), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. Thatthis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
