ORDINANCE NO. 8846
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO ADDPOUR (4)
ADDITIONAL ROOMS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE LOCATED
AT 1707 WEST 7TH STREET AND WAIVING YARD SPACE
ON SAID PROPERTY, - AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front and side yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 1707 West 7th Street, described as the
West half of Lots 11 and 12, Block 11, Faust Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived and
permission is granted to add four (4) additional front
rooms to the building located on sAid property.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning
map attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby
amended to conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
