AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE BEAST j OF LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND
SIX (6), BLOCK TWO HUNDRED NI1fiY FOUR (294), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER'
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East * of Lots four (4), five (5), and six (6),
Block two hundred nirty four (294), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1116 West Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apart-
ment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "Fn
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said East j of Lots four (4), five
(5),, and six (6), Block two hundred ninty four (294), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
