ORDINANCE NO. 885
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND SIX (6), BLOCK
THREE (3), ROBINSON ADDITION TO THI-41 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots four (4), five (5), six (6), Block three (3),
`. Robinson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be
in 3108 and
3112 Louisiana Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots four (4), five (5), and
six (6). Block three (3), Robinson Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
