AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12), AND THIRTEEN
(13), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), FERNDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/,20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots eleven (11), twelve (12), and thirteen (13)..
Block eleven (11), Ferndale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 723 AppAdmway and 724 Jones Streets, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/20,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots eleven (11), twelve (12), and
thirteen (13), Block eleven (11), Ferndale Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
