8861ORDINANCE NO. 8861 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (150.00) TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY ATTORNEY OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE TRAFFIC COURT CONFERENCE TO BE HELD AT SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY, DALLAS, TEXAS, APRIL 14, 15 AND 16, 1952, IN COOPERATION WITH THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to pay the expenses of the City Attorney of the City of Little Rock, or his representative, to the Traffic Court Conference to be held at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, on April 14, 15 end 16, 1952, in cooperation with the American Bar Association. SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. PASSED: March 31, 1952.
