AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND SELL
TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER Two (2) PUMPER FIRE TRUCKS,,ONE
(1) 1000 - GALLON MACK, AND ONE(l) 750 - GALLON AMERICAN
LA- FRANCE), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and sell two (2) pumper fire trucks,
(one (1) 1000 - gallon Mack, and one (1) 750 - gallon American La- France) to the
highest bidder therefor.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval,
